The toughest of all the 1927 New York Yankee autographs is Eddie Bennett, the most famous mascot in the history of baseball. Mascots during this time in baseball history were often though of as good luck charms, and Eddie was no exception with a stellar relationship with sluggers Ruth and Gehrig. Bennett (d.1935) signed this 3-1/2 x 1" cut mounted to a 3x5 index card ("9" potency). Full photo LOA from JSA. This item has a reserve (estimated value $1500-$2500).
