Detailed description on our website.
The early-1970s was a robust time for the New York Mets. Coming off their “amazing” upset of the Baltimore Orioles in the 1969 World Series, the relatively new expansion franchise turned in winning records for the next four seasons, culminating in a return trip to the “Fall Classic” in 1973. These marauding Mets are recalled with this period pair of team-signed baseballs. Auction LOA from JSA.
